Emma Stone accepts the Oscar® for Actress in a Leading Role during the live ABC telecast of the 96th Oscars® at the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

The 96th Annual Oscars were held tonight, which was incredibly exciting as always and proved to be a hit, with viewership up again this year. This year was particularly great, with some outstanding films including Oppenheimer which won Best Picture and Best Director (Christoper Nolan), and “Poor Things” which won Best Costume Design, and Best Actress (Emma Stone) among more.

Ryan Gosling stole the show with a great performance of his song “I’m Just Ken” from the hit film Barbie he co-starred in opposite Margot Robbie, which won Best Song by Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas.

Anti-war protestors reportedly tried to disrupt the show, blocking traffic on Hollywood Boulevard for some time, but as always, the show must go on! Cillian Murphy won Best Actor for Oppenheimer, and made a nice speech, dedicating his award to all those who strive for peace.

Jimmy Kimmel did a great job as always hosting.

Oscar® winner Emma Stone and Jennifer Lawrence attend the Governors Ball following the live ABC telecast of the 96th Oscars® at the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA, on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
